Been so busy with my other sites and all sorts of life challenges, that I haven’t found time nor remembered to post to this blog… I’m sorry… please forgive me… I’ll try to do better…
A lot has happened since my last post… for one, we have a new president elect… Hopefully he will live up to the challenges and make this a better place to live… I for one have been struggling like so many others… All I know is that I am happy (ecstatic) that the idiot in office now will soon be vacating… he has been a disgrace to this country and has done nothing but harm… to the USA and to the World… Good-bye and Good Riddens!
Obviously, I’m a Democrat… =} I’ve been saying “Hillary for President” since Bill was in office… Don’t get me wrong, I love Bill and I never voted until he came along… I had no interest in the BS politics and lousey candidates until Bill arrived… and he got my vote! Despite all the BS during his presidency, my faith in him never wavered and I would vote for him again tomorrow!
But getting back to Hillary, I always admired Hillary, extremely intelligent and accomplished woman! When she put her bid in for the Presidential Nomination I was ecstatic. And she had my vote! No doubt about it! I may live in Utah (sooooo Republican), but I’m a born and bred NYer who supports Hillary in all her political endeavors. This woman rocks and don’t take no sh**! Just what we need (hell, the world needs) in the White House. Unfortunately, she didn’t win the presidential nomination, seems people would rather have a black man in office rather than a woman… but hey, our day will come… oppression can be overcome… just ask Obama!
Obama, hopefully will live up to his promises and lead this country back to where it should be… He’s got his work cut out for him that’s for sure… God willing he will succeed…
Lord knows.. this country needs all the help it can get right now… Say a prayer…

Not much happening and it sure is hot lately… time to get that air conditioner out… =} Thought I’d stop in and drop a few words… been super busy lately updating one of my client’s websites… finally got it done…
I just installed the new version of Firefox… Version 3… it is sweet and FAST… If anyone reads this, I strongly suggest you update to the new version… You’ll be glad you did… some of my addon plugins weren’t compatible tho but I’m sure they’ll update soon too… especially my Google toolbar…
Guess that’s it for now… really don’t have much to say but I’ll be back…

It seems this blog is turning into a “yearly” thing… LOL… well, at least this time I came back sooner… Only seven months this time! So why all the delays? Ah… life just has a way of distracting me…
A lot has happened in the past seven months… most notably, the loss of my best friend and “soul sister”… the only real “family” I had… the most beautiful person I have EVER known… have to admit, I’m not doing well and the depression and grief can be overwhelming at times… I’m beginning to wonder if I’ll ever stop crying… She was my “rock”… I’m so lost without her… we did everything together and talked almost daily… big empty spot in my life now and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fill it… ={
Death is such a scary thing at times… can be so unexpected yet always a constant, vivid reality… especially to us “older folks”… Youth seems to be oblivious to the realities of death unless someone close dies and it becomes a reality they have to face… Who thinks about death when they’re young? We all thought we’d live forever and usually our behavior proved it… we could be so reckless.. ahh… the good ol’ days…
Aging is hard enough but when friends and family slowly disappear it makes you wonder why… Why does God put us through this? Why is life so confusing and what is the purpose? Why are we here?
Can anyone tell me “Why” ?

… that I’m back again??? LOL… oh boy… I’ve been so busy with other internet stuff and websites etc. that I’ve totally neglected this blog! Funny part tho is that I’ve been setting up so many other blogs under their own domains using WordPress. I’m gonna have to focus and try to get my act together again and remember to include this blog in my daily routine. To be honest, I’m amazed that this blog is still here after what? A Year??? Wow…
I’ve been playing a lot with WordPress and blogs for myself and my clients lately (I do web design/hosting) so I’m starting to get pretty good with WordPress (not that it’s very hard!). I have a couple of Google Blogger blogs also but I find the WordPress much easier to use with a much better interface for customization etc. Plus there’s so many templates out there that you can change your look whenever you feel like it… like I did with this blog… not that anyone noticed I’m sure… but I choose the “Misty” theme to match my “brain patterns”… it’s a little foggy up there at times… LOL… =}
I also play around with Joomla for myself and clients… I like that CMS program A LOT! You’d be amazed at what you can do with that too! It’s great for large content or community sites… a number of my clients are using it… and me of course… =}
Well, guess that’s enough of my idle chatter for today… I just wanted to quick write something and let everyone know that I’m still here… not that anyone missed me… LOL… =}

Ah yes, I remembered I had a blog… took over 6 months but hey, at least I remembered… well, actually, I was just going thru my bookmarks in my Favorites List and found it… that and a lot of other stuff… it's amazing what we can acquire in our Bookmarks… I tend to bookmark way too much stuff always with the intention of going back but it rarely happens… and if I do remember and return to the bookmarked site, it's usually no longer in existence… or is for sale… or a junk directory… or it is a porno site… that's always a wonderful sight to see… someone's "privates" in all their glory staring you in the face while you're trying to have your morning coffee… amazes me how many people think it's "sexy" to have their tits or ass spread across the monitor… as if that's all they have to "offer"… sad really…
Enuff rambling… my day awaits… have a great day y'all… see ya tomorrow… maybe… LOL… =}
